Monte Cook’s new game Numenera is very exciting. I joined the Kickstarter at just the pdf level, so got the electronic versions of the complete book and players guide. I’m still waiting to play (C’mon Scott!), but have read through the book and tried the online character generator.

Now they’ve created a Fan Use, Limited/Small Publisher, and other Professional licensing agreements. It looks very promising for a small (very small, very very small) publisher like I am hoping to be.

There are a lot of excellent things that can be done with the system and setting – lots of tech and locations. Seems like a great deal and I’m curious to see what happens.
