Gods and PCs

No new Cleric Domain for 5e this time, I have been working on a new Con style game for a get together with friends next weekend. Since I just finished putting together the character sheets for the PCs I thought I would post some information.

Here is the premise for the game:

***********************************************

Title: Rise of the New Gods
System: Savage Worlds
Four Player Maximum (all the PCs I had time to make)
In the summer of 2015, the Alien Virus infected everyone. Mysterious ships were spotted over every major city in the world, but their only communication was a one-way message written out in the DNA of every person on earth. Two weeks of panic and then the aliens were gone.

The “Supers” started showing up a few months later. People able to pick up cars, fly, shoot lasers from their eyes. It was only a small percentage, but it felt like the comics and movies coming to life.

Twenty five years later and super powered individuals are now part of everyday life – along with all the problems that go with them.

You are The New Gods, an established super group based in the Mediterranean. Known as much for your flash and drama (and fabulous clothing and fragrance line) as your super powers, you are as likely to be raising money for charity as fighting a super villain.

***********************************************
PCs are Veterans, so constructed with 10 raises. I tried to create as novices and then “raise” them up. It was more work than I thought.

I normally have two sheets for players. The first is the “standard” Savage Worlds tent card. And the other is a single sheet with background, motivations, player info, and any extra rules info needed (like descriptions of Edges). The zip file of PCs just includes the tent cards. The other sheets have some player secrets and since I might run this at GenCon – sorry, no peeking.

As always let me know any comments @wookieedaddiee
